Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using MLAutomation.ai (the "Service"). This AUP is part of our Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for:

  • Legitimate business automation and productivity tasks.
  • Creating product listings, mockups, and marketing materials for your own products or products you are authorized to sell.
  • Generating business documents (invoices, labels) for your own business operations.
  • Managing product data, UPC codes, and keywords for authorized marketplace accounts.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, generate, or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activities.
  • Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code.
  • Is defamatory, libelous, threatening, or harassing.
  • Contains hate speech, promotes discrimination, or incites violence.
  • Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative.
  • Contains personal information of others without their consent.
  • Is intentionally deceptive or misleading to consumers.
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation, including consumer protection and advertising standards.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

4.1 System Abuse

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code or algorithms.
  • Bypass or circumvent any security measures, access controls, or usage limits.
  • Upload excessively large files or make requests designed to overload the Service.

4.2 Account Abuse

  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions.
  • Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to others.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written authorization.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Use the Service on behalf of a third party without proper authorization.

4.3 AI Abuse

  • Use AI tools to generate content intended to deceive, manipulate, or defraud others.
  • Generate fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements.
  • Create deepfakes or misleading media designed to cause harm.
  • Use AI outputs to spam, phish, or conduct social engineering attacks.
  • Attempt to extract training data, model weights, or proprietary information from AI systems.
  • Use the Service to build competing AI products or services.

4.4 Commercial Misuse

  • Misrepresent AI-generated product images as actual photographs in marketplace listings where such distinction is required.
  • Generate counterfeit product listings or use our tools to sell counterfeit goods.
  • Use generated content to make false health, safety, or performance claims about products.
  • Generate content that violates advertising standards or consumer protection laws.

5. Usage Limits

  • We may impose reasonable usage limits on tools and features to ensure fair access for all users.
  • Automated or programmatic access is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing.
  • We reserve the right to throttle, rate-limit, or restrict access to users who consume disproportionate resources.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to abuse@mlautomation.ai. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate in response to AUP violations, including:

  • Issuing a warning.
  • Temporarily suspending access to specific tools or features.
  • Permanently terminating your account.
  • Removing or disabling access to content that violates this policy.
  • Reporting illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
  • Pursuing legal remedies for damages caused by violations.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
